First off, thanks all for the MOTD status, you guys rock.

Second, do any of you have any recommendations for an app that tracks calories and protein intake and whatnot? There are so many to choose from I was hoping someone here uses one and could give input on it. I'm also looking for one with a bar code scanner, that scans in all the information instead of having to do it individually when applicable.

Thanks guys! Have an awesome Hump day

Idk... I usually just eat until I'm full and lift until I drop.

I know a lot of people that use it. In fact, now that I have an iphone again, I am going to download it and put it on my phone. Thanks for reminding me.

    Oh and congrats on MOTD.

I just eat. My body will tell me if I'm eating too much or too little calories. icon_wink.gif

Have you taken a look at caloriecount.com?

I only count calories though, not macros, and don`t use caloriecount`s calculator as I`m in India and don`t have the patience to add every friggin ingredient into the logs[They don`t store Indian dishes on the site], so I guestimate the calorie count of my meals to about 80% based the results I`m seeing icon_smile.gif
