Give me a new Workout Plan with intensity

    Hey, now that it's the start of a new year, can you give me a lead on a workout plan that combines intensity (cardio) and weights? I'm thinking something like PX-90 but something I can download. I did the 12 week strength builder from Real Jock but now looking for something with the combination of intensity and weights.
