Marmite/Alligator Pear/Whole Wheat Toast - Healthy or Unhealthy

  Trying to make healthy substitutions and my Brit. diving buddy suggests this. Should have asked him--What's an alligator pear?

  An avocado. Look at the shape and the skin, and the term "alligator pear" makes sense, but I prefer the term "avocado" because it's just so much more fun to say.
