I've done it a few times....with friends as a kind of joke thing. They usually joined in...

Treadmills are much more fun with dancing xD

Wow. Way more intense than I was expecting. Haha, that's awesome.

I don't go that far; however, I definitely like to groove while I exercise. Keeps me motivated and my heart rate up while I rest between sets icon_biggrin.gif

+1. I'd lose it the first time I jumped up and for sure on the 360 turn.

I don't think they would let you do that at my gym, something about using the cardio machines properly as intended.

that being said, I know I would fall off.

Definitely could not pull that off!

The two next to her must be feeling like they aren't working hard enough haha

I groove when I do my cardio, but I don't go as far as dancing.

No. Running is hard enough as it is.

Wow well it certainly would be much more of an intense cardio work out than just the plain old treadmill run.
It's the treadmill on a whole 'nother level lol!

If your going to make a spectacle at the gym by treadmill dancing at least try to make it entertaining for the other gym patrons by falling on your butt at some point in your routine.

That's great. I can just imagine what the guy next to her is thinking... "Shall I move to another treadmill, or ask her out?"

I like to run to the beat but I wouldn't say that I dance to it.

I don't do it on the treadmill, but on the spin bikes, oh yeah, hands in the air like I just don't care ;-)

I like dancing on the ellipitcal that doesn't have the handles on it. You're not really dancing, but kind of moving your arms and hips to the music.
