Hmmm...I don't think you can prosecute one and turn a blind eye to all the others that did.

Either you move forward or you don't. To move forward, Obama needs to speak up. We know what can happen if silence is heard(Bush). NOTHING.....or nothing good.

Well, this thread certainly sparked a flame war...especially the first reply.

Instead of placing blame, why not move forward and help reverse the "kill the gays" bill in Uganda?

Right now it doesn't matter who's at fault. Right now gays can be sentenced to death. Take care of that, then worry about who started and/or promoted it.

    Disgusting icon_sad.gif

Whole Uganda people are brainwashed by
"What they do is right & what the others do is wrong"
    "Personal benefit seeking"
"Who don't understand their religion in its true inner meaning"
    kind of 'semi' religious people

I think of the research that says that Homophobes are more likely to persecute gay guys:

    http://www.globalpost.com/dispatch/news/business/science/120429/homophobia-linked-same-sex-gay-attraction-study-video

And I think of Ted Haggard.

And I see Scott Lively get hot under the (presumably not only) collar about gay men.

And I think to myself, some extremely brave, and very beautiful, gay man needs to go out and seduce this guy and then call the press photographers to witness them 'In flagrante delicto'.

I'd contribute to that man's pension.
