When it comes to the gym and fitness goals, how do you stay with it? Especially when your partner isn't enthused by your goals.

You need to see your gym time as your "me time'...You're doing all this for "you"...Your partner not enthused? ...Tell him this is about me right now..not you....Continue to move forward.

In what sense do you ask? You need his support to motivate yourself?

When I first start working out at a gym I first go during the morning, afternoon, and then at night. I then figure out what time the hottest guys go to that gym and then I go during those hours.

Your partner isn't enthused as in he feels threatened by your fitness goals, like you'll get buff and dump him?

It's your goals that matter! You need to take care of yourself maybe your partner will come along. My partner is not as into it as I am and had to realize it's what I need to stay healthy.

Dump him before you get buff. Then he can't use the "I wasn't hot enough" excuse when he tells his friends why you dumped him.

First of all, you getting in shape should not be about anyone but yourself. If your partner can not understand that than that is his problem. However, you would probably want to tell him in a much nicer way. ha ha ha Seriously, its not about your partner when it comes to your health buddy.
