How did it go for you?

I had a few rough spots but overall it went pretty well.

My week on the Challenge went well. The Coach was great and full of helpful tips. I was successful, weightlosswise. I hope the other Challengers check in on this thread.

I can't get a %Body Fat easily. Since I have an implanted defib I can not use a %BF feature that are included in most electronic scales. I can use the scale part, but if I use anything that passes current through my body, I may either turn the defib off or set it off and knock myself on my ass with a jolt to the heart. Ain't old age fun !! That leaves me with the inaccurate caliper system or full immersion, which is very accurate, but expensive. When I get down to my low goal weight, which is 20 pounds below the weight I want to settle at, I think I will treat myself to an immersion test and see what my %BF is then.

When you start paying detailed attention to your nutrition, you become some sort of a compulsive anal-retentive fanatic who counts calories in and calories out.
