The thing that makes both hambugers and chicken sandwiches so fattening are all these toppings and melted cheese and who knows what else. You could have a giant hamburger but leave out all the cheese and additional fat laden toppings and the calories would most likely be greatly reduced. I prefer a plain hamburger with ketchup and that is it. I can do without all those ridiculous toppings.

I've been super disciplined and have taken to Jason's Deli for their salad bar, but even there, there's plenty of ways to screw up such as the tapioca pudding for a little dessert. 40+ pounds came off and damnit, this time it's gonna stay off.

Chinese is the worst especially sweet and sour icon_sad.gif

But a traditional British fish and chips is not that bad! icon_biggrin.gif

Wow, I didn't expect the Big Mac to be relatively low in fat. I can get two without so much guilt now!

I don't like crunchy tacos for some reason. Prefer them soft mainly because my teeth are sensitive.

Thanks. Discipline? I'm munching in broccoli as we speak. All my gym buddies just went over to Cain's. This time I wouldn't go and instead went to Jason's. They forget that they're 1/3rd my age. But boxing time when we get back to the gym and we'll see who wins then.

I can't even eat hamburgers, pastrami, fries. The cheap fatty ground beef that they use turns into dynamite in my stomach. I would have to buy steak and grind it up myself. Can't stand american cheese either. Don't understand what that is.

I have not eaten fast food in I don't know how many months, years...
I seriously cannot fathom the amount fat found in one serving of food. No wonder the average american is over weight.. barf*

Maybe three times a year I'll indulge in a single or double patty Whopper (or two), heavy everything but no cheese or mayo. Kinda like steak, a garden salad and a roll. Or so I tell myself!

Once in a while, I crave a burger. So I have made a rule for myself: I allow myself one if I make it from scratch, meaning baking the buns, grinding the meat, etc. That way I know what goes into it; and it's so time consuming that I don't do it often. But if I really crave one, I can have it.

Actually that looks sort of delicious...in a disgusting, grotesque, artery clogging way of course.

Fast food is horrible, but I think sitdown/steakhouse type restaurants are the worst...I know at Outback and Chilis you can easily consume a day's worth of calories or more on one of their "appetizers."

I know a lot of people will hate me for saying this, but:

    IN 'N OUT BURGER
It's got to be the nastiest tasting fast food slop I've ever had.
    LOL.
I don't know how they stay in business.

This sucks. Five pounds of it snuck back on over the last two weeks. Friends say... it came back as muscle. I don't care what it comes back as ... I don't want it.
