Right now I'm just running 20 minutes a day and doing some light weights three times a week (increments, of course). I was looking at the workouts on the main page and I can't tell which one is a good regimen for someone at my level. My current priority is fat loss, I'm not "fat" but I'm not defined either.

Thanks bro, I did not think of doing that. You are so much smarter than me. What kind of a moron am I? Asking questions about workouts in a fitness website! How stupid of me!

as you get started, don't over do it. ease into whatever routine you choose. you'll probably be sore. lots of people start out and go every day and burn out by the end of the month. pace yourself and get into a good routine that you can sustain and build upon.

    good luck bud.
