Any guys have a nice routine or found an article for biceps and triceps...

I'm sortah new and I need specifics:
1. How do i do it?
2. How many reps?
3. Weight?
4. How many sets?
5. How many days in a week?


Also can i work my biceps on the same day i work my triceps also???
