I just spread my legs....

    ok a few months ago I would have had some serious problems with this. Though after starting and working on some basic yoga, reading up and practicing week by week day by day.

    I feel great! I just went into my routine today and everything just flowed. I'm still a beginner mind you but I am loving this feeling in my body. My legs can spread further than before, I'm more flexible, less body and soreness after waking up. Hahah yes icon_biggrin.gif pic unrelated but would love to attain that kind of flexibility and control xD

    if you train all days, you can make it. Flexibility is so good for the body but slowly to gain limber. Take patience and good luck

    The beauty of yoga is that while everyone is together in a class, there are no limitations as to how flexible (or inflexible) you may be. I noticed a tremendous difference after about 2 months of pushing myself. It's an amazing feeling when you start to notice the difference.
