Can you guys suggest some simple exercises that can help build the triceps and the forearms? It doesn't have to be one that does both, it can be one that focuses on it, but any help will be greatly appreciated!

forearms are built by any exercise which requires a good grip - underhand pull ups and those things with a cylinder attached to a small weight attached to a string which you curl up are good.

Dips for triceps and an ez bar , maybe start at 30lbs, hold infront of you, arms lowered at start, then raise your forearms only, by keeping your elbows locked in position and palms facing towards you, granted they will face away from you when you lift up ;)

Yep. Try them out at varying angles and elevations to see what works for you.

I only have one place to do dips, what do you mean different angles? Like doing the seated dips as well as the regular ones? Are there other versions besides those?

Ironically, I got the best tip from, Paul, which is to do pushups on your fingers. I love what it's done to my forearms and grip. It also takes pressure off my wrists.

Along with HottJoe's suggestion of fingertip push-ups, I'd recommend trying cable pull-downs. It's helped with me.
