I have a weird one. I have big ribs. When I am standing it makes my stomach look bigger then it is. When I am lying down my ribs are higher up then my chest. How do I go about changing this? I always feel fat. If you were to run your hand down the front and side of me you can feel my ribs. If I build up my chest, do you think it would force my ribs in or would it have to be building up my chest shoulders and back? Any suggestions?
