I've been on this site for 4 years now. Started as the over opinionated 19 year old who just came out and had a million questions about guys, dating, life. Now 23, almost where I want to be as far as fitness goes, dating someone I really like.

How long have you been on the site, what were your goals, and how have you changed?

My current profile is incorrect. In reality, I joined this site about 3 years ago. It took along time before I was brave enough to participate in any way. That was about a year and a half ago.

Member since May 2007. I joined looking for a hookup site. Didn't find that. So, I left for a while. Then, returned at some point and found the forums. Haven't left since.

When I came back, it was to experience being part of a "virtual community". In my professional life I was also helping to build a virtual community, and so the experience on RJ was valuable. The fact that RJ is not really a moderated community has been an extra blessing. I've learned how, with other community minded individuals, we can keep the troll elements "called out". I've also benefited from the "in real life" meetings with RJ'rs from all over the world.

Naturally, I've learned a lot about fitness, nutrition, and spirituality.

Most importantly, I feel that I've had the opportunity to share my experiences so that others who are going through challenges might find strength and hope in what I have lived through.

I've been a member for less than 90 days. Logging on here is a great way to kill time.
