I hear people talk about using the Bosu Ball for isometric exercises, I have a Bosu Ball in my house but I'm not sure what I can use it for (it's my brother's own). Anyway what are some good isometric exercises on the Bosu Ball for a variety of muscle areas? Preferably simpler ones as I'm going to be using it for the first time.

I just do plain ole crunches on 'em. Better for your back and abs than boring sit-ups.

ditto, i learned this from physical therapy for a sciatica episode, bought a ball for home use since the gym goers hog them ALL the time, better for back AND you dont have to do long exension sit-ups, the shorter the sit-up distance, the more effective the results, at least thats what i found and learned from therapy, obliques are a bit more challenging, but they are doable
