Was wondering if anyone knew certain exercises that would probably tone my thighs so they don't look as big? I'm just tired of my body looking in proportional. Does anyone else have this problem?

Or, should I keep them? I just feel like they make me look less attractive. What do you guys think?

We need pics so we can make a proper diagnosis.

Big legs are great if they're all muscle. So tone them. Also, if you build your upper body and get ripped you won't look disproportionate.

Yes, we need to see them. Probably they're big because they're muscled. Lots of Asians have very muscled legs. You should build your upper bod to match. You should feel lucky that all you have to do is tone your lower half. For some of us, building big legs is really hard.

bigger thighs make better fitting jeans, your bigger thighs makes your basket appear bigger with or without underwear, your bigger thighs makes your ass stick out in those same jeans, us with thin legs have trouble filling out our pants icon_lol.gif, i wish i had your thighs, if you were a women, i'd say yeah, cause all women worry about their thighs, keep your thighs and stop crying icon_cry.gif, your lucky to have them, concentrate on your upper body

    To the OP:

Read this thread, also started by an asian.
    http://www.realjock.com/gayforums/2926417/

And yes, send pictures. No one is going to collect pics of your legs >_> Ideally you should have a muscled and round butt to compare your legs to.

I'm also asian and I feel rather disproportionate with my legs. Just think of it as one less thing you need to work on.

Most asians were unfortunately fed a LLLLOOOOOOOTTTTT of rice and have a lot of adipose tissue that often collects in the lower body... it's normal sadly.

Try running a mile everyday (along with your regular workouts) and you shall see that your legs will start to shrink within a month. Initially you'll think that your legs are getting bigger but they will shrink. Remember that distance runners typically have much smaller legs than the sprinters. Most of the time though, you'll want a balance between the "long distance butt" and the "sprinter butt" and I recommend squats with a pause at the down position with light-medium weights and letting your butt do the lifting and not using so much of your quads and hamstrings. The combination of this and adequate rest should shape up your legs well. I've done this for a few months now and I'm seeing improvement.

EDIT: Those weird black spots are just shadows >_>

Look at the thread I linked above... I ranted for like like 3 paragraphs about how hard it is to find jeans that fit... which apparently makes me an attention whore... which is probably half true icon_neutral.gif

I would much rather have a large upper body as, I hate to be vain, people see the upper body more than the lower body.

    I like big, muscled legs.
