I am a foreigner living in Winston Salem NC and I want to go somewhere for the long coming weekend. Any suggestion on where I can go which is reasonably driving distance. I would rather it be warm if possible and full of cute guys icon_smile.gif
    Any suggestions guys?

Warm at this time of the year in NC? Good luck with that! Asheville is a little over 2 hours driving distance from where you are. I'd go there!

A warm climate really limits your options

No No No. Martin Luther King Day is not about taking leisure vacations. It is about honoring the hard work and sweat that african americans have made to sculpting their abs. And here is the proper way to celebrate Dr. Kings dream.

    Define reasonable distance.

If all you care about it the destination and meeting hot guys then head south to Atlanta, GA or north to Washington DC. DC will be colder than where you are now of course.

There is Charlotte, NC but no idea what the gay scene there is like.

South Florida, including Key West, is just a full day's drive from NC. The warmth is guaranteed, the temps in the upper 70s F, the nighttime lows in the 60s, with only a slight chance of rain so far. (Key West may actually be a bit cooler than Fort Lauderdale & Miami Beach this weekend)

The gay scene is a given. If you choose either Fort Lauderdale or Key West I'll send you links to gay guest houses where to stay, clothing optional if you wish, and other places to party. Let me know how many in your party, what room accommodations you need, and price range.

paulflexes, are you listening? Please provide your own great input.

thanks for all the great input. I don't want to drive for too long and I do appreciate sculpted black men icon_smile.gif
So I guess I'm going to Atlanta. What's the best place to stay there ? what part of town? what is there to do on that weekend?

thanks for all the suggestions and I will check DC and South Florida in the future.
