Good lord, what about gross-outs outside the gym. Do you know what's coating the average doorknob? Try touching anything on public transport. As for supermarkets, what do you think those antiseptic wipes for the cart handles are for? The world is gross. Life is messy. If you don't like it, don't leave the house.

You mean he touched his skin and then touched the water fountain or did he like jerk off into his hand and then smear the cum all over the water fountain?

Hold the gym accountable for good sanitation practices.

Good article! No doubt my MRSa came from my gym just trying to determine if it was the mats used for bootcamp or the steam room.

I've seen all those things from the article at my gym. Some guys are just down right nasty.

your average gym is probably no dirtier than the average home bathroom. just take a nice hot shower when you get home and if you're a germophobe, then enter your sterile bubble. Being alive means being around germs and other gross things.
