Hi all
I've been living for three years in a room in a house , living with my landlady and now have moved into a house with 3 other gay guys. I can't begin to describe how much happier I feel. I'm able to be myself more than ever and no annoying landlady to nag me about everything etc.
I never ever understood truly how essential it is to be happy where you are living.
She was a very traditional elderly woman, very matriarchal and would tidy up my room and go in while I was away etc no matter how much I objected. She wasnt homophobic but very quaint in that she referred to gay men as " queers". Her daughter and family were interfering and annoying and despite her being supportive in many ways, I'm so glad to be out of there.
I can be myself .
