What is your favorite flavor of soup? I am gonna be boring and go with the classic, chicken noodle. I made some homemade chicken noodle today and it is so delicious! I love breaking up crackers and putting them in and eating a roll and dipping that into the broth. I had 4 bowls......so much for that resolution...

    How about you guys?

I pretty like much most soups, but the potato soup is mostly my favorite, on cold evenings. So delicous with bits of beacon and shredded cheddar on top! I enjoy having it while eatting a skirt steak!

Had a lobster cream soup with puff pastry shipped to me from Maine for a while when I had too much disposable income. Amazing.

Progresso homestyle italian wedding is a new favorite of mine. The campbells version blows though.

Cheese improves every soup. So does a bread bowl.

Every soup? I would not want to eat pho with cheese and a bread bowl. icon_razz.gif

That's not a problem since I don't know what pho is. I live in the country. I'm happy if there isn't some rodent in the stew.

I imagine gorgonzola getting grainy when heated. Does it melt into the soup well?

    Absolutely, becomes pure creamy goodness.
