I'm looking for a good new workout to use, any suggestions? I'm a young guy in college here trying to lose body fat. I've been using a workout for the past 5 weeks, and I lost 5 pounds. I think it's time to change my workout before my body gets used to it. The gym at my school is a great gym, but I don't think they have many machines or workouts that entail cables. Does anybody recommend a website or somewhere else with great workouts tailored to my goals? Any advice would be great thanks!
