Endomorph Dilemma

    I'm trying for a 50/30/20 ratio and keep falling short. How do I get 50% of my calories from protein without using protein powder? icon_confused.gif

    Eggs. Cooked and raw.

    I eat 4 at a time whenever the mood strikes. Usually in the morning before gym.

    You could always follow Brandon J Beckrich's diet:

    Try beans as well. Quick and easy, and you can mix them with a lot of foods. And I eat a bowl of quark (or cottage cheese, not sure what the english translation is) daily. And if you select the right protein powder, why not use that?
