I'm going with my husband so we're in the couple's cabin. I emailed the event coordinator and they can't stop people from hooking up but it is frowned upon. There are 12 to a cabin so if someone complains, you're outta there. It would be nice to think we could control our base desires and not perpetuate the stereotype for 5 measly days.
As for the cost, $550 for 4 nights is $137.50 per night and I usually spend more than that on a hotel when I travel and they don't feed you 3 squares a day so I didn't think it was expensive.
I've always wanted to meet other members of this site in person and this seemed like a fun way to do so. I hope people join us as we've already decided to go. As for the cruise comparison, I've found that just about everything in life can suck or be fantastic depending on the crowd we're in.
