    Hey everyone,

I like having a smooth butt, but I'm not so blessed as to have one naturally. The problem is, when I shave it gets all the little red bumps from chaffing. Does anyone have any good advice on how to prevent that? I want my butt to be smooth but I have to shave like every 3 days to keep it that way and I am sick of the itchies. Thanks ahead of time. :)

How do you even reach? Most peculiar. Get it waxed professionally. The regrowth will be less prickly and the non-hairiness lasts longer.

    Hey Yorgipolis
Saving the ass can be a bitch. Like colmdublin said going a getting it waxed is a good idea. When a pro does it they have special creams and sterilizing tech. that will reduce the bumps and redness. The more you do it the better it will get. If you still want to do it your self. Wait till you are healed before shaving again. When you are finished use something like witch hazel on your butt to sterilize with out the burn of alcohol. Then you can out cortisone cream on the reduce the redness and the itch. If you are still uncomfortable after that powder after a day or 2 will help. I loved a shaved everything so keep it up. Let us know how it goes.
    Good luck

    My advise:

    (1) Bend over front of the mirror
    (2) Carefully to touch your ass and find those nasty hair
    (3) Shave them!

Getting wax , for me, is not a good idea.. It's pain as hell......

Has anyone here tried electrolysis on butt hair? I've been researching different options and I wanted to get some firsthand accounts of guys who've had it done.

And actually, I'm kind of curious... how many guys here mind butt hair in a partner? I personally don't care if my guy has butt hair, but I do mind it for me.

I also shave just about everything (had my chest and abs lasered and highly recommend that, but I digress). I clip the hair on my legs and sometimes get the red bumps where my pants rub. A physician's assistant friend of mine said to put Speed Stick deodorant on my legs and they wouldn't do that anymore. I tried it and it worked. I don't know if it would do the same for the buttocks, but it is inexpensive so if it doesn't work you're not out much. Good luck

I kind of like a smooth partner, and being smooth as well, but if you're not blessed that way, it can be a real hassle to maintain. I tend to save it for special occasions. Sometimes shaving-down together can be a good start for an erotic weekend. If I've been hairy for a while, the freshly-shaved sensation is a real turn on.

Three words my friend . . . Sack, Back & Crack!! Never had it done myself because I'm to scared! For those of you who don't know, its where you have someone wax your back, ball sack and ass - all in the same wax treatment! Ouch!!

Back in the day when I was a young lithe little thing, I shaved. I shaved it all, except for my legs. No more.

However, I recommend a hair removale cream for the large 'cheek' parts of the buttocks. Nair works fine, but smells aweful. For the lone brown eye, stick to a razor. Squat in the shower, lather liberally, and shave carefully. Moisturize but by all the good gods don't use aftershave. You'll only make that mistake once. This should negate the razor burn. And invest in a good manual razor, never use electirc.

Waxing is the way to go. Sure, it hurts a little, but if the person doing it for you knows what they're doing, not so much. The trick is that you have to pull it off super fast... then it just stings for a second. The slower the pull, the more it'll hurt. And the more you have it done, the less it'll hurt. I hardly feel it any more...

Electrolysis is an option, but let me give you a little info on how its done... a fine needle is inserted into the hair follicle next to the hair. An electric current is then passed through the needle to kill the hair root.

Here's the down side... first, they have to do each individual hair one at a time with that needle, so the process is slow and can be very painful. Second, some hairs have to be done several times over, on seperate visits, before the root is killed. Third, by the time you've achieved the desired results, it can be extremely expensive. And fourth, if the technician doesn't do it properly, you can be severely scarred... this is something I've actually seen when a friend of mine had it done to her legs. The scars on her legs look like she was a burn victim and they're permanent. Personally, I'd never use electrolysis under any circumstances.

Use Witch Hazel immediately after your shower, then wait for your skin to dry and apply Corizone Cream. Also take Benedryl, and sprinkle baby powder on it since your clothes may irritate it more. Use your Cortizone Cream before bedtime too.
