So this guy on grindr initially offered me 1 grand to meet up a couple times, didnt get into the details but he just insinuated fooling around and probably sex. Now he's offering me 2k for me to let him blow me...

This guy isnt half bad looking. I don't understand his motives. He claims he's just really DL. I feel like its either a cop lmao or ill be raped or murdered. But who doesn't like $2000?!?!

    Any experience stuff like this?

It's probably a cop that will proceed to rape and murder you.

Yes I have been offered money, $200.

If you ask him if he's a cop he is, by law, required to answer yes or no.

Hang on, wouldn't that be considered entrapment? If the guy is a cop, then what's his intention by going on grindr? To find an arrest?

OP - stay away from him! Sounds like trouble!

I've been offered money before. I normally say stuff like this:

(note: I did not actually have a sugar daddy. eww.)

Yes, I get offered thousands all the time, almost daily, sometimes hourly, because gay men have a terrible time finding someone with a penis to blow.

Seriously, this is the most insane post I have ever read on here, which is saying a lot, because there was one claiming there was such a thing as "bisexuals". No one would ever pay 2000 dollars to suck off the OP, sorry, but your fantasy life has taken over your computer and you are now creating silly posts. It is completely unbelievable.

    2 dollars max.

Well, yes, my thought was that such an offer was most likely to come from an organ harvester. Or a bunch of drunk rednecks with baseball bats, which is pretty much the same thing.

Most insane post you've ever read??? Maybe you're in a fantasy world. I think what you mean is his offer is unbelievable, not my post.

Sounds way too good to be true. That much money just sounds uber sketchy.

I'd say no because pay for play is dangerous.

I get crazy pay offers on Grindr but Jack'd is another league. I get generous travel offers there. I assume it's all bs but I'm sure there's some sadness out there that would book a plane ticket.

You want to take this with a big lump of salt.icon_biggrin.gif

A dude who is into dishing out this kind of dough is most likely to hit the professional escort sites, and is not likely to be lurking around on Grindr.

If it sounds too good to be true, it ain't...

I've been offered money plenty of times for sex acts, but it's really too dangerous of a situation.

There was one instance where I was approached by a friendly man in a club while in Montreal, he insisted on buying me drinks and stuff for nothing in return, he just handed me money and asked if he could "watch you do your thing, just hang out and have a good time".

He later suggested that if I ever wanted to return to the city, he could pay my complete trip and offer me a place to stay at while on vacation and I didn't have to do anything in return. I accepted the offer, and it turned out great, he was very kind, and I mostly just did my own thing, I was only at his place to sleep. The most we ever did was chat, which I didn't mind because he was a really nice person. At the end of my trip he offered to let me stay there for free if I ever wanted to study in Montreal, and while that would have been awesome, I felt it was too much and that I had "taken advantage" of him already...

The hustlers in Piazza del Popolo in Rome who thought my lady friend was a lover and gave us several roses also told us it's "for free". Until 20 seconds later when they followed me with demands for payment. We ducked straight into a café, sat down and opened our menus while the mananger finally removed the guy, then soon gave the rose to some random girl at the next table.

Your friendly gentleman from Montreal was just playing a slightly longer game lol

Is $1000 the regular going rate on Grindr? I tried offering some Asian dude that amount, and he said "no, 3K". I told him to fuck off.

I've been paid 2k just to hang around naked at a party. If he is offering and he is a cop it would be entrapment which won't work in court but you have to be aware who this individual is be safe

General rule of thumb, if its on Grindr its probably bullshit. I am not surprised though that you got the offer there are some guys who are desperate with money, while others are getting around like a sex addicts without even trying. I have had some guys try to solicit me on Grindr, I just don't answer coz some of them have issues and probably addiction to feed so you don't wanna go there. Most of them end up agreeing to hook up for free anyway if you reply No thanks nicely. I personally don't think Grindr is appropriate for prostitution anyway and yes I would believe cops may lurk on Grindr. Wiki leaks revealed that in my state Police monitor the app with technology from Seimens using technology which is designed for spy agencies so technically NSW police and not supposed to have the software which allows them to check everything by looking for trigger words or phrases. I have also be told by a University Law Proffessor that no judge will give a warrant based on it but of course they would be on to you and will try to get you on something they can use. I think it would be silly to think Grindr isnt being monitored elsewhere especially in the USA, the CIA would already have it and if shared with FBI or in my Country Federal Police they could get you for any indescretion. Having said that you would be small fry anyway so I wouldn't be too worried. Take the offer as a compliment and forget about it as its clear from your responses no amount of money would convince you to sleep with him anyway
