So ive always been a smaller framed guy....king of atheltic/slim/toned

But Ive lost like 10 lbs because of my job(started almost 2 years ago) I walk anywhere from 3-10 miles a day and thats not helping my already skinny genetics.

My dream every since I was little was actually being muscular....I weigh around 140-145 lbs and im 5'8. I have a fast metabolism and its in my genes.

How can I gain some wieght...I would love to gain like 5-10lbs in a month or two...doesnt have to be straight muscle but would love to just weigh more....Ive never wanted to be HUGE ya know what I mean but it would be nice to be a cut up skinny guy with a little mass.

I dont want to go to a gym (atleast right now) so what can I do within my own home between dumbells, chin up bar and even push ups ect??

Also what can I eat that is foolproof to gaining weight and a little muscle?

Im not and cant spend thousands of dollars on food

Can some of you guys please help me??

    Thank you

eat cheap sources of protein and food. lots of veggies and eggs. get some protein powder or mass builder from walmart. yogurt, cottage cheese, etc. are good too.

Buy the 5 dozen package size of eggs from Costco. Eat 4-6 raw and/or cooked several times a day. Kale is also a good veggie and full of protein...it's the new beef. I eat it right out of the bag or tub container like popcorn. I also eat a lotta ricotta with trail mix made from almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, craisins, dried blueberries, and dried cherries. I also eat lots of rotisserie chicken. I can eat about 3/4 of a Safeway or Whole Foods chicken in a sitting. I really clean the bones! And, lots of water. I drink oodles of it.

Thanks guys...I eat a lot fo healthy food. Tons of water and I dont drink soda....So Eggs and Tuna and Chicken?

Also Im all about the Whey protein but is that good for you? Everyone has told me to drink it consistantly...Ive tried it in the past and liked it.

So if I eat those healthy food..Can I do stuff with dumbells, chin up bar ad just do crunches and push ups and see some results?

    Thanks guys

I've been told too many egg yolks is really bad for the cholesterol. If you're suggesting eating 4-6 several times a day, is this just the egg whites?

start counting calories and your macros. There's no easy way around it. You'll be surprised how much you under eat.

    Peanut butter sandwiches!!
2 tbsp. is almost 300 calories alone.
Slather it on and you could have a 1,000 calorie snack in one sitting, and you are still getting lots of protein and good fats.
One of the cheapest, healthiest ways to gain.
