    Hey gang,

My partner is going away on business for a month and we are going to have a little 'Biggest Loser' competition during that time. For these 5-weeks I will have no distractions that I can blame on him, it is all on me. I can't eat milk or cheese, and I don't care for seafood, but those considerations aside, what is the perfect diet for awesome weight-loss outcomes if you could stick to it for one solid month?

I'll be doing regular cardio ( I'm not good about it now) and I'll light lightly at least twice a week during this time.

    I'd suggest Whole 30 http://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/

It has completely changed the way I eat. Best thing I've ever done.

    Have every meal consist of:

    protein (beef/chicken/salmon/cod/tuna/turkey)
complex carbs (brown rice/brown bread/sweet potato)
    vegetables (asparagus/broccoli/spinach/salad)
    1 fruit (apple/orange/kiwi)

For breakfast have eggs and a couple of slices of toast.
