    Hey Guys,
Does anyone else have a "Red Light Food?" These are foods that are not not the healthiest fare, and you can't get enough. For those of use that have a goal to lose weight, these are the foods that we have to be careful around.

For me it's Tortilla Chips. There is nothing better to dip in my amazing homemade salsa. But if I am not careful, I can go though a whole bag. I do get a lot of veggies (fresh tomatoes, corn, sometimes fruits), but the carbs are huge. It's not as bad when I swim a couple hours that day, but the sodium is big too.

    So what are yours?

I love bread and chips (french fries) - though not together.

I am a huge chocolateaholic. I could eat and eat and eat and eat anything chocolate and never get tired of it! Pizza would be a second.

Chocolate covered jujubes, jelly beans, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

You can get anything you want from me with that combination.

Too many, but I am doing everything I can right now to avoid them totally or just have a morsel to fulfill the craving.

I've found that you can't deign your cravings. The trick is, get your fix in small amounts. I can't buy chips by the 1 pound bag, that will only last 1 or 2 settings. I look for small, one or two service bags. The Baked Tostidos suck, they are not an option.

I am also add Lindt Dark Chocolate Truffles. I get my chocolate fix by buying two after work and make them last all the way home.

Right now I am on a pretty restricted diet plan to get down to my goal body fat percentage. A big cheat for me is getting one of those little bite sized candy bars from the woman in HR.

Be careful putting that kind of information out in the public. icon_wink.gif

    Vanilla (Anything)
    Peanut Butter Cups
    Nutella

Also tastes good if you combine all of those together.

Comes to about 45068 calories. Yummy!

Take out - especially burgers & pizza from fast food joints (Hungry Jacks is particularly tempting!) - including all the greasy, ozzy stuff (like pizza!) & beer. =P

We just had Australia Day here in Oz (national holiday, similar to Independence Day in Amercia) & I went way overboard on the booze...good thing I had today off! icon_redface.gif

I am also a bit of a chocaholic & a carb binger, so I have to limit myself to said treats like this to every now & again & make sure it's dark chocolate or the 'heathiler' options when it comes to take out (such as light/low carb beer, pizza on wholemeal/rye base with lpenty of veges & meat, etc). I have started cutting carbs out of my diet (well, restrciting them a bit more at least!), which has helped with the bloating & the weight! icon_smile.gif

Its all about cheese-its. OMG, their savory sensation while I'm 1/2 asleep wandering to the kitchen for a late night snack.....

Fries and pizza. I just cannot turn them down. And I'm addicted to Starbucks.
