I was at the gym few hrs ago and my head hurt from running on the treadmill. I feel like my head was very cold and it hurt so bad. It is like eating a lot of ice cream so fast and your head get hurt. I think this is because I haven't run on the treadmill in very long time... I think that's normal right? After I get used to it on the treadmill, it won't happen again?

Didi you go out drinking last night, or the night before?

That happens to me when I go drinking and then running in the next few days.

if that's not your case, then I don't know

Do you get the headaches anywhere else, doing anything else?

Doing cardio puts your circulatory system into overdrive. All the blood rushing to your head probably just messed with you, and made you really light headed from exerting yourself too fast. Make sure you're eating enough to keep your body fueled, drinking plenty of fluids, getting a decent amount of rest and all that good junk.

And don't overdo things too early. Push your limits.. but don't murder yourself by trying to run 8mph for 30 min your first time.

Great advice and completely right. Also, if you are taking any supplements or an energy drink with a lot of caffine - it may be the cause as well.

Thanks, I actually never have problem like this before. I think I need to drink a lot of water and slow my speed. Because I haven't run on the treadmill in very long time. Anyways, thanks for all the great info. You guys are very helpful.
