So a rape kit has to include a live baby now?icon_eek.gif
That's even morally more dubious than having a baby so a sick sibling could get a bone marrow.

    Fixed it!

A Republican lawmaker in New Mexico introduced a bill on Wednesday that would legally require victims of rape to carry their pregnancies to term in order to use the fetus as evidence for a sexual assault trial.

This Republican must be confused. He now wants a fetus to be considered as evidence, an object, but his Party views all fetus' the same life as born people.

Shouldn't this be considered witness tampering? icon_rolleyes.gif

Oh I hadn't read any of the responses; I was so completely disgusted by the proposal. Witness tampering instead of destroying evidence. That's funny.
