Just wondering, heard many things so far, just want to hear some others. When you are trying to get cut like for a specific event, or certain time of year, what do you eat to get the results. I heard people eating just chicken breast and broccoli for three weeks to drop body fat quickly. though a nutritionist friend of mine says that you need to consume at least 35 grams of unsaturated fats a day to even lose weight....
Like to hear some input on that, and other ways to trim up.
