Is anyone in the US ready to ship a few things to Bangalore, India? Anyone visiting Bangalore would work too.

    Title says it all.
I need someone to ship/get me a few electronic items. Will pay for all of it. Shipping included, if you are ready to mail it.
Or if you're visiting, I'll just pay the full price of the gadget.
If anyone could help me with this, please mail me. Or just post here.

    *EDIT*
It's NOT a weapon of mass destruction.. -.-
It is an ipod touch 5th gen and a few accessories for it.. I cannot get it here because it costs 200$ more than in the US.
I'm gifting it to my brother.
NO illegal activity whatsoever. (As far as I know. Please feel free to enlighten me I'm wrong)
And I can't have amazon ship it to me here because I'd have to use my credit card and my brother would get to know. :/ -.-

Sounds shady... Are we participating in illegal activity?

OP is probably trying to avoid import duty and purchase tax. Technically unlawful, but hardly a hanging offence.

Uhm... Don't most electronic items come from countries like China and India anyway? Wouldn't it just be easier to buy from the source right next door than to have someone deliver them from the US? You would essentially be cutting out the middle man.

U.S. airports are pretty tight about what's inside people's luggage lately. I've heard a lot people gotten into trouble for bringing things like food or other things you wouldn't think they'd mind.

It doesn't work like that. Even though all the components of an Iphone is manufactured in China you can't order an Iphone directly from China.
Also there are many electronics products available in USA and far more cheaper than outside of USA. For example every American electronic product in Europe has same price as that in USA but with exchange rate of 1 (Euro/USD).
I know many people here in Spain who get their things from USA through some acquaintances visiting/living in USA.

Not always economical. Once I was trying to buy a book whose shipping charges were higher than the original price of the book.

Sure, but the guy is willing to pay for shipping and will get to see how much it will be up front.

Yeah I didn't get that part about not buying through his credit card and how his brother will be able to see transactions of his credit card.
Credit card transactions aren't displayed on TV channels.
