    That's amazing! I watch astronomy documentaries and its very cool to see this happening, as opposed to the usual, albeit fancy, graphical/computer illustration. How nice that we can see this happen in just a few decades. Sometimes I wonder what things in the world/our universe we fail to notice because our life spans are so short in comparison to the grand scale of things.

    Those particles are traveling at hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of mph.

    Crazy that this happened 1000+ years ago, but we only saw the initial explosion in 1958.
