Healthy hair?

    I have taken folic acid, but it seems to make hair longer, yet not as thick. anyone know any good vitamins or proteins or what do you do for healthy, thick hair? i feel like since I have been working out more, it is getting a little thinner. thanks.

    Hair growth and distribution is largely determined by genetics. If you are genetically predisposed to hair loss (on your scalp) and have hair on your chest, then increased testosterone production, whether from exercise or artificially (steroids), will accelerate that process.
