Seems about right. I'm proud of denver for sticking on the list. It's going to keep climbing with the new rails connecting the western suburbs, boulder and DIA to downtown denver. The redevelopment of Colfax Ave and Five Points are good indicators of the strength in denver's growth forcast.

Normally, I am a little shocked when my current city is number 1 (San Francisco), but frankly San Francisco is "on fire" right now...real estate, business...the city is very much reinventing itself and it is exciting to see...

So from that magazine, I would find it hard to argue.

I love these lists. It encourages people not to move to LA. Or move out if they're already here. icon_lol.gif

Clearly they've not been to Chicago. Pretty lame that they presume St. Paul to be "better." This is a laughable list.

NYC > SF, Seattle, DC, Boston, and every city on that list, by far...there's no where else I'd rather be.

And Boston at #4, seriously? You have to be a masochist to live in that place.
Chicago also should definitely rate somewhere, probably #2 after NYC.

It's a good list if you're gay. So. Yea, I'm ok with that list.

This list is wrong on so many levels. First, no one likes San Francisco, Seattle or Boston, a least no one who lives there or visits.
This list is about 10 years out of date.
Oh and Austin sucks, always. It just sucks. I hate Austin more than I hate anything else in the entire world. I'm not quite sure why, but that's just how it worked out.

People think of it as just a tourist attraction, but Washington DC really is a great place to live. Number three seems about right.

Just going from what one read here on the forums, it also looks like the list of worst cities for a single gay to find a LTR.

Yeah right! You're the one that outdated, people love SF, that's why they flock there all year long. Feel free to remain in Portland, we don't need that negative attitude in San Francisco.
