    It is borderline insanity that California thinks that this won't have repercussions... but it's probably just desperation... it's even more funny that there are those who think that California has actually balanced its budget.

    I am surprised that this was the result of a civil court action. Granted, it takes a lberal leaning court to rule in such fashion, butI would have expected the troops of Governor Brown to have brought this to pass.

    Many do not have the foggiest da of how competitive U.S. states have become in seeking entrepreneurs and startups. The competition is so strong it is adding to the polarization that ha developed between the liberal and conservative states. There is a radical difference for instance between California, Massachustts, and New York on the one side and Texas, Georgia, and perhaps North Carolina on the other. As an example, Remington Arms bailed from New York solely base uponNew Yorks gun policies and taxation.

    This is not unique to America. The magnets in Europe are Finland, Austria, and Germany. Denmark remains competitive in regards to a draw for manufacturing, but not for the large industrials.
