    Lunges , stairs and squats

There is a component of genetics as with anything but
... you can accentuate what you can with the right workouts

Genetics do have a lot to do with it. I would also keep your diet free of things such as high fructose corn syrup, Hydrogenated anythings, modified anythings, food colorings, carbonated drinks, and artificial flavors.

I know you said you have tried dieting, but dieting takes time. If you takes those things out and keep them out...you'll lose a lot. I took them out ,and although I'm already pretty lean, I lost the extraneous body fat (everyone has fat to lose), my mood got better, and I had more energy. You just have to stay de-terminated.

And that's my two cents on that...

everyone in here is going to tell you to do lunges, and yes, that's the best advise. there's no other easier way except maybe plastic surgery.

It worked for me. Now I have the ass I want.icon_twisted.gif

if you really want an ass, try the muscle building program - day three of every week! it's all legs and it HURTS! but in a really good way that when you get home, your ass has grown a couple inches! icon_biggrin.gif

um, first thanks everyone for helping i was like, 'gah bet this is a stupid idea which makes me seem pretty dumb' and i'll probably sound dumber asking what a lunge is?
