    When you have an average-even-in-walmart face, receeding hairline and a merely serviceable singing voice, you pump up what you can.

    But to be able to capture-and-keep a beautiful woman like Faith Hill; I suspect his best body parts were not shown in this video icon_question.gif

    Having switched off CNN after Ted Turner sold it and it turned into a thinly disguised branch of "Entertainment Tonight"; I hadn't seen A. J. Hammer (the "host" of this celebrity puff segment) in quite some time.

    He sure is getting old! His twinky/boyishly handsome "look" is fading away rapidly.

    I'm easily 3:

    20 minutes dynamic stretching
    10 minutes elliptical HIIT
    20 minutes static stretching
    90 - 120 minutes lifting
    5 minutes cool down stretching

    And can very easily be 4:

    1 hour of yoga, lap swim or steady state cardio within 8 hours of other workout.

    If I work hard enough maybe one day there'll be an eagermuscle appreciation thread.
