    Its 22:37 in the UK so I'm chilling with a beer having been at the gym, got a job application in, done some cooking and met a hot muscle daddy bear. You USA and Canadian folk enjoy yer day.

    sounds like a blast! well the groundhog was a piss today -- such a lame tradition that a small rodent in pennsylvania dicates an astrological phenomena like the spring equinox!

    was a sunny day in the upper 60s here in louisiana. much appreciated.

    the past few weeks I've been getting up at 4am to be at work by 5. so now on days off i can't really sleep in too much because my body is used to being up.

    Hit the gym early. This is what I do. I like to be up about 0430-0500 and in the gym by 0630. It's great! By the time I've had my second breakfast after the gym, I've gotten more done in my day before most folks have even started.

    Me too, up at 5, Crossfit at 6. So energized all day. So much accomplished, and I get the entire evening free!
