Cable side rotators are awesome -12 week workout

    I have been kinda skipping over this exercise cuz it looked kinda wimpy. But since it kept popping up I gave it a go today. its really an awesome exercise.
    My shoulders feel "balanced", relaxed and i loved how it hit my lower inner pecs. This is a great exercise to do between strenuous ones.

    I love doing this exercise with resistance bands now. I double it up and it gives you a great nice warm humming in your shoulder. With the band I attach it slightly higher and work it slightly down, keeping my thumb outwards feels like it adds some difficulty for the lower arm keeping it straight. I prefer the gentle pullback of the band, I actually switched doing all shoulder exercises with cable to bands since they feel more to the point.
