    Sidestep lunges (I think that's what they're called; they're what hockey players do to warm up. I love them because they seem to work the muscles and increase flexibility).

    Fire hydrants, donkey kicks, bridges

    Deadlifts and squats.

    Pushups

    Lots of activities such as roller blading, dancing, skiing, Frisbee, etc.

    Running on hills

    tbh, if you have proper form you should be using your glutes in all your weight lifting activities, including bench presses, chin ups, etc.

    It takes a long time to really change your body, whether you're trying to gain or lose, so in a glass is half full sense you have plenty of time to try everything and see what works for you.

    my ass exercises. leg press and lunge walks pushing from the heel, the donkey kick, the abductor, and the leg curls... all of these have helped me tremendously.

    Olympic barbell:

    Deadlifts, squats

    Kettleball swing (between legs and up straight above your head)

    Pistols

    but squats will do the most work, make sure your feet are farther apart than hip width, knees always pushing out, not caving in, go as fa down as you can while still keeping balance. You can even do air squats with no weights, try 50 each workout.

    i do A LOT of elliptical with the elevation increased...so i am literally working just the glutes...its great cardio, easier on ur knees and after ur done, ur ass feels like it just got an "ass-lift" (if you really crank it up). Do it on like level 10 resistance for about 15 minutes 4 times a week for a two months, that bum will be a nice, tight plump apple =)

    along with all the other suggestions they gave u here! deadlifts, squats, leg press, lunges, etc.

    Don't do that !!!!!

    The form is good, but this guys use rebound at the lower point. Sure recipe to destroy your knees.
    Do instead a micro pause at the lower point, it's more difficult, more intense effort, and far safer.
