    I'm in a quite a mood today.

This sentence as written makes no sense. Are you in "quite a mood today" meaning an exceptional mood, or...

"I'm in a quiet mood today" meaning a calm mood, assuming there was a misspelling. The double use of the "a" article renders the sentence impossible to understand. So what are you trying to tell us?
