OK, I know this is going to sound gross to people but I've been meaning to try this for a while. I tried it for the first time today and I have to say that it really pushes the coffee buzz and alertness to a whole new level. I feel like my brain is totally wired.

It's basically coffee + grass-fed butter + MCT oil. Put it in a blender, froth it up. It almost tastes like a cappuccino.

Drink it? I'd let it cool and spread it on my face.

I've tried it and enjoyed it, but I need to lighten up on the butter. Mine was too heavy. And I used coconut oil instead too.

I thought this was going to be about how strong I make my coffee. It's bulletproof.

Actually, it's interesting that you mentioned cayenne powder. I had a bit of a happy accident recently: Frequently I will add a little cinnamon to my coffee grounds before I brew the pot. A couple of weeks ago, I reached for what I thought was the cinnamon, but realized too late that it was cayenne. I did my best to scoop out what I could of it, added the cinnamon and brewed the pot. It was really quite good. The little hint of peppery bite with the cinnamon was tasty. Now I add a little on purpose. icon_biggrin.gif

Hmmm. I'm on a keto diet so my early a.m. pre-workout drink is already a large mug of very strong black coffee, and a tablespoon of liquid coconut oil (much closer to pure MCT oil than regular coconut oil). I might try this concoction.

The MCT oil is supposed to put you into ketosis faster and keep you in ketosis longer, even if you consume carbs.
