    Workout at home

During this period, do not have much time (and money) to train in the gym. You think it is really possible to do a good workout at home without equipment?
If so, how would you recommend some good exercise? thank you all!

I would suggest investing in dumbbells. or you could just walk around the house lifting anything that is heavy.

Any plan is possible, it's the commitment that is the issue. Stay focused no matter where you are at.

dumbbells are great! Get a stay ball too. You can totally sweat at home if you really put your mind to it!

Look on Craigslist list...A lot of weekend warriors stop using their fitness equipment and you can pick up stuff for a song....I bought a mismatched set of weights 300 pounds with 2 bars for 100 bucks...Sometimes there's freebies..Somebody wanting to get rid of a weight bench because it's taking up space....Good Luck

I workout at home using dumbells and a coffee table as a weight bench. Just stay committed. Plus at home you can workout in your tighty whities if you want.
