You are definitely going to see progress if you are working out and asking questions. FYI, I also lowering your BF will show up some of those abs you are looking for on your other thread. Just keep doing the abs, eating right, sleeping good, just like the other posts.
Eating right...means a lot to many people but you will learn what works for you. Just don't skip breakfast, eat all your meals, get some protein right after you work out, and no more than an hour later. Congrats on your good work and research. It will pay off!
