Gaining mass

    Did you ever notice that you had to adjust to the size difference of your body when you gain mass? For instance you all of a sudden walk into things hitting them with your shoulders because your body requires more clearance than you once did. No you are not clumsy.

    I noticed that my dress shirts don't fit comfortably anymore because my back and lats have greatly expanded.

    My jeans hang up on my calves taking them off since I started to work them harder.
