How bouncy are your balls?

    The 12-week programs on here have a lot of exercises that call for a medicine ball, including a number in which you are supposed to bounce the darned thing.

    I've got a 10-pounder I bought years ago and, for whatever purpose, I never put any air into it. So now, I've pumped it up to about twice its original size, but it still doesn't exactly rebound at all. In fact the weight inside is loose shot or sand - pretty much exactly like a dead-blow hammer. I don't think it will ever bounce like the ones in the RJ videos.

    Does anybody have one of these that actually bounces? How much air do you put in it?

    D'oh. N/M. I just found "bouncing" medicine balls listed on google. I guess there are Bouncing and Non-Bouncing types. They look the same to me though. icon_confused.gif

    The bounciness of my balls depends entirely on who has them in a vice grip, begging me not to leave!
