I'd say running, especially sprinting on pavement is a great booty buster. I emphasize pavement because treadmills and stair steppers seem to cultivate booty...and you don't want that? Anyway, moving on, the standard leg press, squat, and leg extension build muscle that will eat away fat giving you a nice set of pecs where your ass should be. I like bent over squats, that involve putting your legs together, keeping them slightly bent, grasp onto a pretty hefty curl bar or bar and while keeping your back flat, pull the weight up with your ass. It may sound complicated, but give it a try and it'll come to you. It really feels great and tightens your butt up after only a few attempts.This method can create quite a flat panel of muscle for you where a nice juicy rump should be. If, you should find that even your ass muscles are big and juicy, I could suggest aerobics, that shit'll eat through anything.
