What Can You Do To Reduce the Size of Your Butt?

    My college roommate always gave me a bad time for having a big ass. Are there any exercises you can do to reduce the size? Photo above.

    I can't see it now, but don't try to lose your ass because men who don't have one whine about that too. Come to think of it, women do that too, and I get hell about referring to men as ,miss, on this site....go figure. But, a big bubble but on a white man is very alluring and very hard to find so because of that I want to keep tight lipped about booty busting maneuvers!

    I'd say running, especially sprinting on pavement is a great booty buster. I emphasize pavement because treadmills and stair steppers seem to cultivate booty...and you don't want that? Anyway, moving on, the standard leg press, squat, and leg extension build muscle that will eat away fat giving you a nice set of pecs where your ass should be. I like bent over squats, that involve putting your legs together, keeping them slightly bent, grasp onto a pretty hefty curl bar or bar and while keeping your back flat, pull the weight up with your ass. It may sound complicated, but give it a try and it'll come to you. It really feels great and tightens your butt up after only a few attempts.This method can create quite a flat panel of muscle for you where a nice juicy rump should be. If, you should find that even your ass muscles are big and juicy, I could suggest aerobics, that shit'll eat through anything.

    cardio and reduce the amount of leg lifting i.e squats and lunges that you do.

    If you workout (heavy in the leg lifts), you probably have well developed hamstring muscles.

    start working on developing slow twitch muscle by building endurance instead (long runs opposed to sprints).

    My butt was the first thing to go. As I started losing fat, my butt completely disappeared. Not only does it look flat, I have no padding to sit on at all.
