Is there still a cell phone made with a larger keyboard and raised, feel-able buttons for texting?

My old sanyo propel finaly died,

I switched over to a hand me down i-phone 3 from my long term guy.

I find texting on the flat-front keyboard dissicult and cumbersome.

I miss the feel-able, raised buttons that I can touch and feel from my propel phone.

I do like the improved picture quality and flexability on the i-phone.

Can anyone recommend a modern phone with "Feel-able", raised buttons on the keyboard for texting?

Blackberry has a new model 10 coming out in the Spring that may have what you want, a physical keyboard. The first new Blackberry, the Z10, has a flat virtual keyboard. But if you can wait for the second 10-series release, you might find what you want. Provided you don't mind the precarious financial & market situation of Blackberry, which might not last out the year as a viable company. And I'm not sure what carriers will offer it.

I would invest in a Samsung Galaxy S2 or S3. The phones are big which I think might solve the problem you are experiencing. I have huge hands and I cannot stand using tiny phones anymore. I go to type one thing and I accidently press five buttons.

One of my favorite sites to shop on..

It's only for the 4 and 4S. So if you have the 5, you're gonna have to look elsewhere.

The BB Bold 4g has a great keyboard. I am going from a Torch to a Bold when my contract runs out because the keyboard on the Bold is, well, bolder, wider and MUCH easier than the Torch. And it has a full touch screen and 4g so it's fast.

It'll be on all major carriers. Wait, get the new blackberry, in the meantime purchase and find disappointment in an iPhone 3G or something.

Motorola has an Android phone with a sliding keyboard (kind of like the Bluetooth iphone keyboard), that lets you type either on the sliding keyboard or on the face of the phone - or, with Google, you can dictate on it (there are lots of mistakes in the dictation, though.)
