    The article's choice of the word "harvester" made me think of a big agricultural combine operating in the wheat fields on free electricity. Perhaps "collector" would be the more accurate term to use in this application. Maybe the next big thing will be electromagnetic hotspots, like WiFi hotspots, to run/charge your devices away from home.

    Sometimes editors have no clue of sense of humor.

    The ending phrase was "Would it degrade the service for other people? Is this a likely plot for Die Hard 6: A better day to die hard?"

    Obviously, the writer was going for a play on words, but either the copy-editor or lost in translation f"ked it up.

    Duh. We learned how to do that in high school physics. We also learned that it was a good way to go to jail. Something about the difference between "free" and "stolen" that most people learn around age three.
